ACAND Athletic Registration Form

Complete this form to register your child for sports participation

Registration Steps

Follow these directions to register your child for one of our sports team's:

1. On the left side you will need to click on the link to go to the registration form.
2. Next, select the sports season (Fall, Winter, or Spring) button to identify the sport that your child is signing up for.
3. Then, click the sport team from the drop down menu that your child will be participating on. 
4. NOTE: If you see the form already partially completed, please click the button titled, "start over", on the top of the page. This will clear the form allowing you to now enter your information on the form. The form should automatically go to each of the required sections that you need to complete.
5. You should now be at the student information page - please complete all required fields, and then click "NEXT"
6. The "ATHLETIC FEES" section is where you will confirm the sport you are registering for. then click the "ATHLETIC STORE" button where you will return to the athletic home page.
7. Now choose the store button that correlates to the season to pay the registration fee. You will need to select the "ADD TO CART" button. Click "CHECK OUT" and follow the remaining steps.
